Miss Melissa's variety fun pack

Six medications. One sinus infection. The prescription was written on a simple white piece of paper with the Dr.'s name and address printed neatly at the top. "Miss Melissa" was written down for patient's name, followed by 6 items to be picked up at the pharmacy stand across the street. The waiting room was a small corrider-type entrance flanked by two benches against the walls. When our names were called (I went with two other girls from the program who were also there for an appointment) we entered a combination doctors office/examination room. One-hundred and fifty rupees for the visit (that's only 3 American dollars). After a quick naming of symptons and a pulse-check, we were diagnosed and sent away with our little pieces of medical instructions. The pharmacy filled the prescriptions instantly, like ordering from a fast food restaurant. Efficiency at its best. Now, if I can only figure out what these six things are, and how to take them.
